Spec FX Withdrawal Guide (USDT Example)

This guide explains how to transfer funds from your trading account to your Wallet and then withdraw USDT to your personal crypto address.
Both ERC20 and TRC20 networks are supported.

1. Overview of the Process

  1. Internal Transfer
    Move funds from your trading account to your USD Wallet.
  2. USDT Withdrawal
    Withdraw from your Wallet to your external USDT address.

2. Internal Transfer: Move Funds to Wallet

Step 1: Access Internal Transfer

  • Log in to your Spec FX account.
  • In the left menu, click Internal transfer.

Step 2: Enter Transfer Details

  • Sender account
    Select your trading account (e.g., account 1100003).
  • Recipient account
    Select USD Wallet.
  • Amount to send
    Enter the amount you want to transfer (e.g., 100 USD).

Step 3: Submit and Confirm

  • Click Send.
  • A confirmation window will appear showing the transfer details.
  • Click Confirm to complete.

After confirmation, the funds will be available in your Wallet. The transaction status should display as Completed.

3. Withdraw USDT to Your Wallet Address

Step 1: Open the Withdrawal Section

  • In the left menu, click Withdraw.

Step 2: Choose Withdrawal Method

  • In Select method, choose USDT.
  • Click Confirm.

Step 3: Specify the Amount

  • In Specify the sum:
    • Choose Wallet: Select USD Wallet.
    • Amount: Enter the amount to withdraw (e.g., 100).
    • Currency: Select USDT.
  • Click Continue.

Step 4: Enter Additional Information

  • In Enter additional information:
    • Network: Select ERC20 or TRC20.
    • Account number: Enter your external USDT address.
    • Account name: Add a note or label (optional).
  • Click Confirm to submit your withdrawal request.

Step 5: Check Withdrawal Status

After submission:

  • Go to Wallet to view your withdrawal history.
  • Initially, the status will show Waiting for Approval.
  • Once approved, the funds will be sent to your specified address.

4. Important Notes

  • Withdrawals are processed from your Wallet balance only.
  • You must complete the internal transfer before making a withdrawal.
  • Make sure you choose the correct network (ERC20 or TRC20) to avoid lost funds.
  • Withdrawal limits:
    • Minimum per transaction: 100 USDT
    • Maximum per transaction: 1,000,000 USDT
  • Processing time is typically within 24 hours.
